WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and the way most orders are placed. Email is better for invoices, wholesale and anything with an attachment. We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00 Madrid time.
If the question is about sizing, send your usual size and measurements. If it is about a sea glass piece, ask for a photo of the exact one we would send. If it is about an order, have the order number ready; it is in the confirmation email and starts with MM.
The studio is not a shop and we do not keep stock on display. If you want to see a piece before buying, write first and we will arrange a time, usually a Tuesday or Thursday morning.
