Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT. Shipping is added at checkout. We accept card and the payment methods shown at checkout. The contract is formed when we confirm the order, not when you send the payment.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason; we extend it to 30 days. The product must be unused and in its packaging. Earrings can only be returned with the hygiene seal intact. You pay the return shipping unless the item was faulty.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is in production. The expected ship date is shown on the product page. You may cancel before shipping for a full refund. If we miss the date by more than two weeks, you may cancel immediately and we refund in full.
Warranty
Spanish law gives consumers a three-year warranty against lack of conformity. Plating wear from normal use is not a defect. If something fails, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.
Liability and jurisdiction
We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you. For consumers in the EU, the courts of your country of residence apply. For business customers, the courts of Madrid apply. These terms do not limit rights granted by mandatory consumer law.
